Catskill Construction Consultants, LLC inspection services are trained to help your construction project or development achieve, maintain, and document compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Environmental Inspectors / Building Inspectors

Our environmental inspectors and building inspection staff are fully knowledgeable with the federal, state, and local laws, environmental permits, standards, and guidelines required to keep your project moving forward. We guarantee that all steps along the way are in compliance with changing environmental regulations.

Tasks and responsibilities of Catskill Construction Consultants, LLC inspectors include:

  • Providing construction, post-construction, interior and exterior detailed property and building inspections, restoration inspections, reports, and mitigation support.
  • Providing planning stage environmental field surveys and structural Best Management Practice (BMP) estimations. Understanding, implementing, maintaining, and enforcing procedures and measures, as outlined in environmental and construction specifications and permits.
  • Conducting all necessary Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) inspections and developing all applicable documentation and amendments.
  • Spot-checking field environmental reviews (design) to provide audit function — and a second opinion when requested.
  • Providing guidance during construction near or within the boundaries of wetlands, streams, and other environmentally or culturally sensitive areas and habitats.
  • Developing and submitting construction-related variance requests.
  • Evaluating the construction contractor’s implementation of BMPs and environmental mitigation measures required in the contract and in other authorizing documents.
  • Ordering or recommending all corrective actions needed to resolve non-compliance issues.
  • Documenting compliance with the conditions of any environmental permit, as required by federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Coordinating all environmental field inspections by federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Maintaining daily and weekly status reports and providing these reports to the project manager and agency officials, as requested.
